Terms of Service

Fashnable ("the Service") is operated by Hakolkal ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Fashnable does

Fashnable turns a product or garment image you upload into an AI-generated, on-model image and video. Generations are produced by automated third-party AI models and consume credits from your account.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.

3. Credits, plans & billing

New accounts receive a small number of free credits. Additional credits are sold as one-time packs or included in a monthly subscription.
Each generation reserves credits before it runs. If a generation fails, the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handles checkout, billing, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your customer portal.

4. Your content & rights

You keep ownership of the images you upload. You represent that you have the right to upload them and that they do not infringe anyone's rights. Subject to these Terms and your active plan, you may use the images and videos Fashnable generates for you, including for commercial purposes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, sexually explicit, depicts real identifiable people without their consent, or is intended to deceive or harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Availability & AI output

AI output is generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any specific result will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hakolkal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
