Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Fashnable (operated by Hakolkal) collects and how we use it.

1. What we collect

Account data — your email address, and (if you use Google sign-in) the basic profile Google shares for authentication.
Content you upload — the product/garment images you submit, and the images and videos Fashnable generates from them.
Usage data — your generation history, credit balance, and subscription status.
Payment data — handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not see or store your card details; we receive only what's needed to credit your account (e.g. email and amount paid).

2. How we use it

To authenticate you, generate and store your results, track and grant credits, process purchases, send service emails (e.g. welcome and account notices), and operate and improve the Service.

3. Service providers we share data with

We use trusted third parties to run Fashnable. They process data only to provide their service:

Google Firebase — authentication and database hosting.
Google Cloud Storage — storage of your uploaded and generated media.
FASHN AI — the AI model that generates your on-model images and videos.
Lemon Squeezy — payments and subscription billing (Merchant of Record).
Resend — transactional email delivery.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Retention

We keep your account data and generation history while your account is active. Your uploaded and generated media is stored so you can access your history. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact).

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below.

6. Cookies

We use a single secure session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
